In 2021, Mr. Kohn represented a 32-year-old construction superintendent who was involved in a collision with a drunk driver who had run a red light. The Client required back surgery on a herniated disc at the L5-SI level as a result of the injuries he had sustained from the collision. In addition to the herniated disc, the client suffered from neck, right hip, and shoulder injuries for which he received treatment. Including settlements from all liable parties, the Client recovered $775,000 including a $741,000 Binding Arbitration Award.
