Every day, our attorney, Russell Kohn, takes El Camino Real to and from work. Over the years, he has seen many major car accidents occur along this same stretch of El Camino Real. Despite it's modest 45 mph speed limit and multiple straight lanes, many of these crashes result in serious injuries.

Most recently, Attorney Kohn and the rest of our firm was devastated to hear about a 3-car crash that sent 6 people to the hospital. The collision occurred around 10 p.m. on March 1, 2020, and 2 of the 3 cars involved were severely damaged. Three people were transported to hospitals with major trauma and the others were taken to hospitals with more minor injuries:

• A man and woman in their 30s were airlifted to Scripps La Jolla Hospital with major trauma
• A woman in her 20s was transported to Palomar Medical Center with major trauma
• Two other patients were taken to Tri-City Hospital and Scripps Encinitas Hospital with minor injuries

At the Kohn Law Offices, our hearts go out to the injured parties and their families. The Oceanside Police Department is currently investigating the cause of the crash.
